- Check trees that are not coming into leaf, or where part of the tree is not coming into leaf. It is possible that this tree is dead,
- Tree brackets, and other fungus are often visible at this time of year. Take a good look at your trees to see you can see anything unusual growing on your trees.
- Some trees thrive when given a good pruning in the spring. Cherry trees respond very well to a good pruning and willow trees will shoot back into vigorous growth if pollarded in the spring.
